Cousins Matt Brant and Michael Geronemus continue to own and operate the business today, along with an amazing staff that has been with us for many years, even some since day one! Michael’s background in restaurant management and Matt’s years in upper-level retail management is the corner stone to one-of-a-kind service, hospitality and a rewarding workplace! Our goal was to create a menu that delivers traditional Acadian fare that is hard to find these days. We have incorporated our own personal culinary experiences, and those of our staff, to fine-tune our recipes so our guests can truly taste what makes Cajun and Creole cuisine special. Our location on the Eastern shore of Mobile Bay provides the one thing that we could not create ourselves: the most amazing sunset views on the Eastern Shore!
