Brothers

The Bond of Family and Cajun Cooking

Boudreaux’s Cajun Grill was born out of a driving passion for fine cuisine and the strong bond of family. This passion is the cornerstone of the atmosphere and experience that brothers Aaron and Matt Brant created with their cousin Michael Geronemus at Boudreaux’s Cajun Grill. With previous experience working together in hospitality and service, Aaron and Michael’s dreams only got bigger with the addition of brother, cousin, Matt, an experienced retail manger who brought his love of entertaining and cooking from his catering side business into the fold.

It's a Family Thing

Our Cajun restaurant was born out of a passion for fine cuisine and close family ties. That passion forms the cornerstone of what brought brothers Aaron and Matt Brant together, along with cousin Michael Geronemus, to create the atmosphere and experience we know as Boudreaux’s Cajun Grill.

Cajun's the Family Specialty

Our top menu choices were first and foremost Creole, Cajun and Acadian-inspired dishes. Michael and Aaron didn’t pull any punches with our signature cocktail selections either. Their mixology background sparked some creative ideas for original recipes and in-house infused liquors. The boys’ five-year journey held some unexpected turns, yet they all found the perfect destination nestled along the waters of Mobile Bay on the Eastern Shore in Daphne, Alabama.

Boudreaux's Cajun Grill - Dining Room

Having worked together previously with a passion for hospitality and service, it was only natural that cousins Aaron and Michael would dream up the opportunity to do it again. Plans were made, ingredients were tossed around, and long-distance collaborations quickly turned into a true family affair when they were joined by Aaron’s brother, Matt Brant. Matt’s career was based in retail and retail management, but his passion for entertaining was clearly evident through his love of cooking and side catering business.

Cajun Food is Our Specialty

At the top of their menu choices were Creole, Cajun, and Acadian inspired dishes. The diverse menu is complemented by signature cocktails, showcasing Michael and Aaron’s mixology background, with original recipes and in-house infused liquors. The 5 year journey these boys travelled wasn’t without a few unexpected turns, but ultimately resulted in finding the perfect destination for their endeavor nestled along Mobile Bay on the Eastern Shore in Daphne, AL.
